personally think its easy before especially for elemental characters since brutus got completely non resistance by any means. as long as there are no mods like soul eater + pets spamming.

also can guess this makes partying more important at early stages in new leagues for surviving instead just for xp runs

I love the work GGG puts into these expansions, I just really really hope they add something interesting to the next 4 month league. I loved when the vaal expansion came out, I never played so much but some new content again would be really welcome.

Some guildys told me that it might be a 3 month league, which I also hope is not the case.

I'm reading about all the QQ in this thread about the annoucements and I'm saying...

BE HAPPY ABOUT SOMETHING DAMN! We haven't gotten shit for information yet and we're finally getting some. Of course the info is small... it's teasers. I don't like teasers but I can respect why they are releasing them.

All of you people QQing about balance on Brutus fight don't know shit! The skeletons will help block hooks making the fight SIGNIFICANTLY EASIER to complete than before. Before, early, you could only rely on using decoy totem (or manually dodging with timing) to block hooks. Now there is more strategy as you can have the skeletons block hooks and throw traps (or use other methods) to hit him.

And also, "I don't like the trash mobs being added to bosses", well too bad! They allow you replenish flask charges without being forced to teleport back to town! For a solo player, it's huge to be able to refresh flask charges by killing the ads without blowing a portal scroll early.

Honestly. Great job GGG. I like what you're doing and it's good and healthy for the game.

Is that a new weapon type too? Or maybe it's a unique? Either way, looks sick and can't wait!

They should, because the game has problems with that part. Merveil was the worst act boss in the whole game, and generally as a boss it was not that good designed.


That is true but I mean there needs to be content that effects endgame and the overall game too, not just replacing boss fights that you spend a total of 15 minutes doing during levelling and then don't do for as long as you play that character, which could be months. We need stuff that changes endgame up too. So I just mean that I hope low level content isn't the "theme". But it's only been 2 posts so it's not really a big picture yet.


The content of this expansion as said by GGG will be more concentrated on every part of the game for all people, and it will be less end game (as it was with the last expansion with atziri that most people will never fight).

Also I am 100% sure that boss fights are the smallest change coming in this expansion, and that we yet need to hear what are the bigger changes

Yes adding a bunch of fancy stuff to fights that already desync will improve the quality of rip videos with people dying to stupid shit that isnt their fault.
