1.1.5 Patch Notes

Hmm, Sounds like an effective Dual Totem nerf, if self casters are getting spell echo and it won't work with totems. (Totems already have 50% reduced damage, 30% reduced cast speed, use up a support gem slot, and die pretty easy.)
Will snapshotting for auras/rf/minions be fixed in this patch? Or the next one after the 1month league?

That will be in 1.2 so yes after the one month.
We have increased the spawn speed of the Stream of Monsters mod on ambush chests.
Improved the performance of the environment for the Palace Dominus Fight.
Fixed an issue where Piety could be in both Fire and Ice Form simultaneously.
Fixed a bug with checkpoints and the bandit fights.

These are very nice.

Good thing I still have fixture of fate open on several characters. Spell Echo will be fun to test. Hopefully I can get that or ball lightning through an increased experience gemcutter chest.

Balance:

* Due to the slow cast speed of Ethereal Knives, we have made it cast 25% faster. Its damage has been reduced by 20% to compensate. We have reduced its mana cost so that it costs the same per second as before. The Rogue Exile Ash Lessard and the Corrupted Area boss Haviri, Vaal Metalsmith are also affected by this change.

Um what? 100*.8 = 80 ( 20 % damage reduction )
80*1.25 = 100 ( 25 % faster takes it right back to what it was )

Mana cost changed so it costs the same amount.

More hits / second = less damage / second due to armor mitigation.

Thanks for the nerf, you can keep trying to hide math behind the word "balance" but we are wise to your wiles
