I watched the ZiggyD teaser vid again.

'Damage / Mana Cost / and Cast Time all reduced by 20%."

So I guess we were both partially right. The damage is being lowered, but the cast time and the mana cost is being lowered. So it will cast faster. Should be interesting with Echo nonetheless.

what's the eta on 1.5?

20% Reduced damage would make it about the same damage as a level 17 EK? I hope it's not going to be that severe though.

No. Good luck getting a Shavronne's wrappings within the 1 month race. I'm sure some players will, but if you are asking, then you will not be one of them.
