Two Week Ambush/Invasion Charity Race

new player here, just 2 questions about this event

1. Will those items from the storage disappear or will get transfer to the standard game? or they will stay there for the next event?

2. There is no reward in this event right?

1) By storage I assume you mean the stash. The gear doesn't disappear. It stays in your stash until the race ends. (in about a week for this race). At that point it moves to the Invasion League in a Remove Only tab. After moving to Invasion it will only be accessible in the Invasion League, not other events.

Each event starts with nothing - you are completely naked with no inventory and no stash. But some events like Endless Ledge and Descent have a chest full of goodies at your starting point. Those races don't have towns or a stash at all. The other races are just like starting a new character at Twilight Strand, fight your way to Lioneye, where you will have a new empty stash.


2) There are no points in this race. The top 5 players get the Demigod unique. That will go in their stash at the end of the race. There are also the random prizes. There are so many players in this race that the odds of getting a random are pretty low. In regular races the odds are actually pretty good. I've gotten 2 randoms this season.

Question: how long does it take until the charakter leaves the server when I close the game? I just closed the game to prevent my charakter of dying. Now I opened again and ... my char was dead o0.

hmmm my dead lvl 43 char (AmbuStaaz) is not in the list...
how comes ?

I could use the graphics card bad.

News of this event brought me back! I love charity work. This is just awesome. The game has improved so much in such a short amount of time, thanks again.

My client just crashed and so died my hero :(

In the morning I just learned that the game is very forgiving when I lost my internet connection during the fight with Dominus.

I probably won't give it a second try, I hope next season there will be a similar race.

So I know I didn't get high but I got high enough for some prizes so how will I know if I won anything?

Well, died at lv. 79 to vaal Metalsmith. I ain't even gonna complain, my fault for not running away sooner. Just sad I didn't hit level 80 for the first time in a hardcore league.

Very fun race. Props to GGG and all the donators for helping dem kids!

Now, back to Ambush.

Looks like you might have to start preparing some really special prize in case someone hits level 100. Seems insane to even have to consider that in a 2 week race, but with a few people already at level 95, it might happen. I hope someone is watching those accounts real closely to make sure they're not RMT'ing maps or cheating in some other ways, but assuming that they are actually doing it fairly, they definitely deserve something for level 100.
