Yes, the build can facetank 99.9% of the hardest content in the game once fully geared. It will NOT be able to facetank everything on budget gear.

Budget gear is in the OP; it would look something like volls devo/new mjolner/romira's banquet/4L solaris lorica/meginord's vise/vertex/rathpith globe/rainbowstride/doryani's invitation

Voll's Devotion is the only super expensive required piece of gear for the build to work. However, if you are on a tight budget and do not plan to ever move up to a high budget version, you might want to shop around for more budget friendly Mjolner builds, as low-life is not the cheapest variant by any means.

As for when you can start doing 79+ maps, I'd say it's when your discharge/arc are 20/20, you have 7.5k ES or more, and you have at least 5 APS. But that's just a guess.

Is it that big of a jump from having 20/20 Arc Discharge compared to them being 19 or lower?

A spell damage shield is probably worth looking into. Make sure you have good jewels too. I can't imagine you're having ES problems with that gear. There are some big price gaps on gear for this build though... You jump from 1 ex to 20-30 ex and then to 100+ ex fairly quickly.

I am at 8.6k ES atm, and yeah I sure have been noticing the gaps jump very high all of a sudden T_T 1 thing at a time I guess.

If you're at 8.6K ES, you should be able to just focus on damage. As you get a feel for the build, you should find that you can facetank nearly everything.

Yeah, and getting your 20/20 gems or even 21/20 if you feel like spending the exalts on them.

A good ES shield (300+ ES) with at least 50% total spell damage is worth getting as your next upgrade.

After that, ES boots with move speed.

Shavronnes is really payable on Standart, and should be no problem to get a 5l one for ~ 6 ex

So, i have two more questions:

If i want to use one aura less, in order to save some passive points for more energy shield, what aura would you recommend to skip?

Menigords, if i have to use them for the strength (i'll try got target for some nice es gloves)

A ring to fill the remaining stats like strg/int, chaos res, etc. (how much Chaos res should it be in total?)

When i put my main attack Skill gems in the Vertrex, how much Life on hit would you recommend, when i attack with 50% of the mana(life) costs ?

You will probably need 4-5 life gain on hit when using the vertex to slot your attack (so, two or three crimson jewels with LGoH roll)

As for which aura is the least important, probably Haste or Herald of Thunder. You'll just have to test and see which one you feel is the least helpful.
