My tornado shot ranger with legacy RotC is the new worst offender for causing lag. With mirage archer, blink arrow and siege ballista that's a lot of projectile spam. While getting the optional quests for her I had to restart the game every 20-30 minutes. The trouble also doesn't seem to be strictly restricted to outdoors areas. I assume 3.0.2 is from apt? That's old enough that Wine didn't even have Vulkan support back then. What about the other versions? Where are they from? It sounds strange that something called wine-vulkan would complain about missing Vulkan support; are you sure you're running the correct binary? It's insane how well this game runs on wine now, which is why I decided to create a trading tool for linux that had some price checking functionality as well as a whisper helper (like MercuryTrade/PoETradesHelper), since I wasn't able to get MercuryTrade or the AHK trade macro working. After using these tools for such a long time on windoze, playing the game without them feels kinda bad...
