Love this build. Got a new wand for 1 chaos
The chance to Vaal +1% maximum resists on an amulet is less than 1/300.

" The attack speed is too low. You want an imbued or engraved wand as a wander for the 1.5 base attack speed. This build relies a lot on shock stacking the target, and to do that you need to be able to get attacks in before the shock debuff falls off the target you are attacking - this is much easier to do with a faster weapon. | |
