Arc doesn't count as a Projectile btw. And since Arc's hit is what Shocks, you can't really count the Shocks as effecting 100% of Arc's "dps."

And if there aren't at least 3 targets, Arc doesn't Chain the max amount of times.

In my opinion, Conc Effect is better than Arc. Since it is ALWAYS giving 1.69x MORE Multiplier to BOTH Fireball and Arctic Breath, both of which ARE affected by Proj Weakness, and don't need a certain number of targets to reach max efficacy..

Sheriff_k: I addressed the arc vs concentrated effect choice earlier in the thread, but I believe if you are going for straight DPS conc. effect will probably win out. However, this build does PLENTY of damage already, arc is really nice because it will hit enemies that are not directly in front of you. If you were going for maximum dps, conc effect is probably the best. However, using Arc actually resulted in faster clear times. Thing is, both gems are blue so if you really need a dps boost just switch in concentrated effect!

If you were worried about survivability you could also recolor your 6l to replace arc with life leech. I've done all map bosses just fine without it though, so idk how necessary it is.

this is the same as my build, except i am less geared. without windripper, don't expect to be so...OP. Trust me it's a big difference.

If you can get a 6L, you should swap arc out for power charge on crit.
Or if you are poor like me, I have a 4L that does frenzy, power charge on crit, faster attack, increased critical strike. I swap between that (to get frenzy+power charge) and barrage. It is very annoying, but a poor man has gotta do what a poor man can.

Still can shotgun yellows, just takes a little.

Edit: also using harbringer, kinda necessary to get decent crit chance.

Last note: increased projectile speed is nice on this build too.
