Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

"Melee physical damage is increased by your life Percentage" means,

if you are on full life, 100% increased melee physical damage.
if you are on low life e.g. 35%, 35% increased melee physical damage.

So, this unique is best in slot for life-based melee physical build.
And level requirement is 90. This is so high, because of balance.

Forest Fire is the result of a cool idea I had for a Melee Fire Damage build. It incorporates the keystone passive Avatar of Fire, and adds a lot of Fire Damage on its own. It creates Burning Ground with each Crit, as well as spreading Ignite to nearby Enemies. It even has the Infernal Weapon Effect, so it looks like you are swinging around a flaming tree branch. The downside is that you take Fire Damage upon killing an enemy, though this can be mitigated by Resistances.

Bold Shoulder can make for a good "Don't Touch Me" build, that is... one centered on Reflect or Cast when Damage Taken. It casts the Cold Skill Gems put in it when you receive a certain ammount of damage. Ice Nova and Arctic Shield can make for some good combinations with this armor. You can't cast any Cold Spells you put in the armor, though. The armor prevents you from ever being Frozen, but you are perpetually Chilled.

Slave Hold is another Minion-boosting item. In this case, rather than the focus on Zombies that Mon'tregul's Grasp has, or my previous concoction Skeleton Secret and its focus on Skeletons... this one focuses on Spectres. It grants a large (4 to 6) increase in Spectres, but prevents you from using Zombies (when you try to raise a Zombie, you raise a Spectre instead). I imagine GGG could possibly tweak it so that your Spectres gain the bonuses your Zombies would have had, if you combine it with Mon'tregul's Grasp. If not, then Slave Hold would render Mon'tregul's Grasp mostly useless. The best part about Slave Hold, and what makes up for the lack of Zombies, is that you can raise Magic and Rare monsters as Spectres. This means your Spectres can have the mods of the Magic or Rare monsters you raise them from. I toyed with the idea of it working on Uniques as well, but ultimately decided that would make it super OP.

Death Knell is another Unique designed for the Summoner. Mon'tregul's Grasp focused on Zombies, my Skeleton Sectret and Slave Hold focused on Skeletons and Spectres respectively, so what's left..? Dominated and Converted (though Converted aren't counted as Minions in most cases)! This belt doubles the Duration of your Minions (Skeletons, Dominated, Raging Spirits and Animated Weapons). For the purpose of this Unique item, the Increased Duration also applies to Converted, though this attribute is not visible in the item's description or list of mods. The best part about this item is that it grants your minions a small Chance to Convert upon landing a Critical Strike, and enemies have a small Chance to return as Dominated when slain by your Minions. Support your Minions with Crit Chance, and you're on your way to raising an army!
