that's why you are wrong. its not the fruit of their hard work. a new player can do an harder work and never be able to get the same item just because there is a limited availability. im not complaining about the cost, im complaining about the limited disponibility.

"fruit of hard work" is not something you can argue against. A guy spent time to buy his stuff, that's his. End of discussion. You spend the same amount of time and not getting it, that's life. omg man are you reading what you write? 2 posts ago you said legacy are fair because ppl worked hard for getting it, now you say that 2 different ppl work hard in the same manner, but 1 get the goal and the other doesnt. how this is fair? and this isnt life, its a game.

People deserve whatever they earned by working. That does not guarantee everyone will get the same result working the same hours. How do you not understand this fundamental idea of capitalism? You're gonna cry RNG not being fair now? No shit. Everything happens at every moment of your life is life. What is it if it's not? Game is a part of life. I don't see what the problem about Legacy items here is, it's not like they are bound to account, or made not tradable to new players. The logic being "cried" about here is terribly flawed:
1. News players can't get a hold of Legacy items.
2. Old players have "capitalism advantages" over new players.

Wrong. I personally know players that started PoE wayyyy after Legacy Kaoms was released, yet managed to farm and save up enough currency to afford one. I also personally know old players who started way back who didn't own Legacy Kaoms, but changed builds and had to buy one.

Think it's not fair to use Legacy items in PvP? Well, think about the price a person has to pay to own them.
Think it's not fair for old players to use their Legacy items in PvP? Well, think about how early they started supporting this game than you did, which ultimately contributed to how successful this game has become today.

p/s: I don't use Legacy items in pvp myself.

if on the server there are 500 legacy kaoms, and lets say 250 ppl use them and will never sell, then there are only 250 on the market. so on the 1k ppl that will start and be able to get enaugh currencies to buy one, only 250 will get it. and after more time, there will be another 1k ppl that will be able to buy, and another 1k, another 1k, another 1k.

I understand what you're saying, but it's not what's happening now. This is what's happening:

1. I see Legacy Kaoms being sold everyday on public party list. (If you login now, there's already 1 person selling.)

2. There isn't close to 250 people that wanna buy Legacy Kaoms, even less people who wanna buy Legacy Kaoms for PvP purposes. Heck, we don't even have 250 people that actively PvP...

So what? Top tier items that are limited in quantity is not news in the slightest fucking sense. D2'd done it, WOW'd done it, EVE'd done it. Almost every online RPG game has had at least 1 item legacied. You can bet there're also little girls, like you, out there crying every time this happened. So I understand where you come from, but please keep the bitching to yourself. You want the best toys, farm your ass off and pay for it. It's simple as that. You choose to play this game and climb the gear ladder but suddenly you're bitching about the last steps being so damn steep?
And get the concept of seniority into your head. People who started playing earlier than you will tend to be wealthier. What is there to complain about? How about making Kaom drops like wisdom scroll so everyone gets a chance to succeed?

i stopped reading here, as you didnt read all my posts. i already said that im not crying as i already have what i need to pvp so i dont need to complain about anything, just trying to analyze the situation that will be in the future. so pls be less mind retarded and read all posts before trying to appear pro and rich saying to ppl that they are girl crying.

A couple ex worth of gear does not make you any less of a bitch. That's like saying "I have kids but I think child raping is ok; since I have a kid myself you can't say that I'm a sick SOB".
