Corrupted items can be mirrored?

The Vaal Orb description:
" Bold for emphasis. As far as I know, the Mirror of Kalandra does not modify the original. Which means either you can mirror corrupted rares, or the description of the Vaal Orb is incorrect as stated. Last bumped on Mar 20, 2018, 3:30:26 PM

You can't even restore an imprint so I doubt very much that you can mirror them

If it's on this list then it can't be used on a corrupted item. No currency can be used.

" The description doesn't say that no currency can be used on it. It says the item can no longer be modified. Almost all currency modifies the item, but the Mirror is notable in that it does not modify the item. So either: 1) You can mirror corrupted items or 2) The description of the Vaal Orb is incorrect.
