1) i tried placing an Edps bow and the dps was going down
2) same about wrath over hatred
3) im extremely poor, had 0 luck with drops so far (have around 10c +10c in other currency)

Your gear and passives look mostly fine to me. You should eventually buy an actual edps bow though the one you have now will work for the moment. It should not be expensive to get an edps with crit you can craft or with it already and at least 200 edps for 3 chaos or less. At level 71 I had : 3388 life, 158 life regen per second , LA LMP chain dps : 5400 with charges up so you're not too far off.

Take a look at the build guide to see the gear I was using, outside of the tabula which was being used as 5l anyways, no gear piece in there cost me more than 3 chaos a pop.

4200 seems low on paper but are you able to clear maps efficiently with it once you have your frenzy and power charges going?

-Try Replacing FA with added lightning gem
-Need an EDPS bow eventually - aim for 180+edps and 6 base crit or open suffix or simply 200+ edp - ideally lightning and cold damage. Buying these is a bit tricky. You can go for just EDPS like 240 EDPS on a thicket or you can go for lower DPS like 200 but have a suffix you so can craft crit chance like what i did. Ideally, you want an thicket with crit chance already on it and an open suffix you can craft IAS. Crit chance is very beneficial even if the weapon itself has lower edps.
-Wrath is level 12 so will grow in damage as you level and is a huge component of your damage. Your quiver is not doing a lot for you atm, try to get life and 30+ WED but this can wait really.

The build works by synergizing every part of your character and taking advantage of flat elemental scaling so you need everything at a certain level before it starts to run like a well oiled machine, but really a 5/6 link armor and a decent edps bow is all thats required to start the snowball effect. Some things to mind are that you don't really start generating power charges through curse on hit until your cold damage is relatively high and that requires a high leveled herald of ice, high damage modifiers/crit from tree or unless your bow has a lot of cold damage in which case its easy.

I want to do your build in the HC talisman league, I currently have about a 1-3 ex base of currency so I'll probably end up getting a voltaxic, and I already have a tabula laying around. I'm just wondering if there's anything in particular you'd change up in the build for a hardcore league? With my math with only 5% max life jewels the build would hit 201%, which is fine. Also, is there a particular reason you don't get the 30% spell dodge in the 2.1 tree?

That should definitely be in there. I must of missed it when I was updating to 2.1.
For HC you can use arctic armour over herald of ice if you're willing to give up power charge generation or anger for grace if you prefer evasion.

Certainly the most important thing is going to be a 6l voltaxic rift + koam's heart. You can probably get away with thunderfist+koam's+any link voltaxic.

Passive wise, if you want, you can go to scion cluster and ignore your offensive passives but it depends how much life you feel is comfortable for HC. this is a fragile build like all bow builds but has the advantage of being able to offscreen mobs where as other builds may have to put themselves at risk.

Once you transition to BM gem, yes. Otherwise not required prior since its fairly expensive in new leagues.

I doubt I'll be getting any 6L any time soon unless chris smiles upon me. I assume with the thunderfist you mean put my LA in there for a free 5L? I could get a really sick eva chest then instead of a tabula and be real safe I guess.

Yes. Tfist is an incredibly underrated item that has gotten even stronger since they made added lightning not suck. An evasion chest+grace is going to go a long ways towards survive than a 6 link tabula though I think taste+coil is the popular choice right?

There is also the life/evasion cluster between ranger and shadow if you want to go all out on max life.

Do you have a recommendation for a 5-6 link TS as a main skill? Currently I'm running TS-WED-GMP-added lightning-faster attack. It's great being able to swap between TS and LA for variety!

Also is there a point in this build where LA could be used as single target over 4link TA?

LA can not really be used as ST unless their up against a wall or you cast icewall :P

TS-WED-GMP-Added light-critical damage depending on how much crit chance you have. FA will burn your mana very fast. Something to keep in mind is that tornado shot is completely build agnostic and will function well with physical or elemental but LA is better suited for a pure elemental build utilizing WED.

I'm thinking of doing full lightning conversion LA, to make full use of WED and new leech nodes, plus an eDPS bow is cheap, I'm really poor.

1. I'm guessing Phys To Lightning gem is the way to go with this? Is it worth it?

2. I was thinking of using Burning Arrow as my single target, since it got a big damage buff, plus it will ignite. Now, it's not fully utilized since it's a 50% phys conversion (unless I use Blackgleam quiver, which I would rather not)...so is it viable single target in an full ele build, especially over TS?

3. Is Topaz/Ruby flask enough to deal with ele reflect? Is Vaal Pact needed for high end maps?

4. I was thinking of using CWDT + Ball Lightning + GMP + Blind setup combined with Maloney's Nightfall quiver for that sweet damage boost vs. blinded enemies (plus life and chaos res.). I know blind won't be triggered that much since I won't get hit often, but why not...

5. I also plan on going IR because I kinda dislike Acro, I won't have currency for items with significant mitigation and I like gear freedom it allows.

Thoughts?

Got 36&wed in almost everything that i can get my hands on most gear is done also.....Gonna utilize the drakrays with +1 corruption for frenzy charge for that extra eva and ms also prolly use hyrris zodiac or daresso depends the appetitte :D

Also a few tips as an old la/volt player.....In closed space maps lmp with chain works wonders...and in open areas use gmp with chain .....even faster clear speed....If i forgot something please do tell :D

Also for a bit more niche build which require heavy gearing is maligaros and rats nest...then qq almost everything i think :D
