It was removed because it was 100% mandatory. That is why we have phase run flasks.

Phase Run was removed because EVERYONE used it. In fact, if you weren't using it you were gimping yourself. Was fun though.

yes but everyone seems to have forgotten its secondary effects, it was also designed to reduce monster reaction time to your presence, like a stealth gem, as well as boost melee damage as like an assassin. they said it would be reforged anew, and im sure we would all love to see its new debut. besides removing a gem because everyone used it? still seems rather odd lol. tho i do agree it needed some reworking to be more build forging than simple speed boosting.

im also wondering if "hits" will count as blocks. vaal molten shell with lightning shield? oooh the possibilities.
