[2.0] SAM's 48K RoA/Split Arrow + Puncture/Evasion + Herald of Ash

Hey man, I'm trying the build and I am really liking it. However i have only been able to get around 9k dps with roa, I know my gear is far from perfect I have aquired a few ex to spend and could you tell me what would be the best upgreades to buy? Thanks.

Hi! I would suggest upgrading the Vortex Whorl. That is by far the weakest in terms of damage. Upgrade the helm to tri-res so that you won't feel the lower res when you swap out your ring.

Belt and rings should have % Ele Damage if possible, and Carnage Heart isn't really the best choice as you're missing out on a lot of damage there. I might have some accessories laying about in my stash, I'll have to take a look :)

I haven't seen anything really that changes my build too much. When 1.2 hits though, I'll have to see what is being tweaked and if any nodes are being moved or removed. I'll definitely keep this build updated if people are interested in it :)

Regarding Vaal Grace, I'll have to have a look at it first, as I don't have one at the moment. Will farm for a bit and hope it drops in the next few days :D

dunno if its mentioned before, but dont use lioneyes with this build. you cannot evade reflect damage, because your accuracy is part of the evade calculation for reflect(and it's 100% with lioneyes), so with high enough dps you kill yourself(you can still dodge the reflect with acro).

Considering the OP uses Lioneye's (and this is his build), and is still tearing through content at 93, I would say your comment is pretty inaccurate. He manages via his CWDT Immortal call popping and then very high amount of attack speed and life leech. Lioneye's derives a lot of it's DPS from speed as opposed to hitting really hard, so his immediate reflect hit doesn't kill him, then he's physical immune long enough to heal back up.

Perhaps YOUR build cannot use Lioneye's and live through reflect - but it's pretty shitty to come into his guide and his build and tell people they can't do something they obviously can if they follow his guide.

As with every build, 1-shotting yourself on reflect is an issue of either life pool being too low or crit multi being too high.

Hi :D Yup, Lioneye's is not really the best bow for the build as I believe I have said in the first post~ It's all I have at the moment so I made full use of it :) With my build, you can survive the initial first 2 hits of a reflect pack no problem. Of course don't go spamming RoA like it's going out of style.

If you have questions or doubts about the build, feel free to post your comments here as no build is ever perfect! While you're at it, you can take a look at my videos posted on the first post, you can see I play fairly aggressively and don't have many issues dealing with most things :)

Hey man, had a level 82 Ranger sitting around in hardcore with a 5 link lioneye's all my stat points got reset awhile back with a patch, so I needed to make something new and built your build on Asidra's recommendation. Just looked at your gear to compare to mine. Haven't read through all 20 pages of posts, probably won't that's like hours and hours of reading...but did you die? All the gear says Standard League now?
