Man im tired of your discount % on bundles... after you released the game you always make sure that the discount fits so we HAVE to buy many more points than you need.
E.g: Its always just a bit over 150 points on premium bundles so we have to buy for 20$ points every time it's on sale.
When in beta you always had the sale % down under 150points for premium bundles and under 100 points for normal bundles..
Exactly the "point" of using a "points" system instead of a normal way of buying with direct money: making you buy more than you need meaning more money for them an less for you.

we are no more beta :) they gave us "more game" by release, also they can do "more %" in micros. if you buy points and you have too much they will not deleted, this means try to safe them up to the next interesting transactions you like :) i also bought a lot of stuff, and never loose any points or something.

I bought that infernal skull 2 weeks or so ago, for 155pts IIRC...

You shouldn't do deals on same items with so little timespan between them...

Nice... but, sorry if it is not thread subject, but when will you fix the gems system, specially the fuse ones ? I've used all my gems to trying fusing a 4 links item, and still not good. I was playing for a month to have this gems ! There's really a problem there I think... that doesn't engage me to spend real money in microtransactions, this, because I'm thinking... damn... so hard to have a 4 linked item which will be sell in 4 or 5 next levels. Maybe I will have same bad surprise with microtransactions -_-.

really? why asking if it is not thread subject? typed to wrong thread?:) fusings are no gems. gems are gems.
btw there is nothing broken with your fusings... it is RNG as you can read to sooo many other threads if you use the search btn.... and what has microtransaction todo with linking a chest???
my tip: just do linking crafting stuff if you have enough currency. and @ last what do you mean with bad surprise... if you got any problems you can write a mail to ggg, and they will answere you very polite and a lot (a lot) of pacience...

Yes, I know it is Random Number Generator. It is like if I had said "look, there's an elephant in the kitchen !" and you answers "it is not just an elephant, but an African elephant, looks his ears, bigger than an Asian elephant".

The problem is... a fuse stone should have a probability to increase the number of links. So, I use it on a 3 linked and... hop, no more link. I use an other one... one link... an other one no more link... an other one... two links... an other one... no more link... an other one two separates links... so... I think I am patient, but this links crafting is too much painful. Yeah, maybe the idea is that the more we try, the more chance we have to have a high number socket linked. But it's not true, if chance doesn't increase, you still have the same chance to "not have" the good links, and this can make a very long time before you get one. Maybe some peoples likes to beat themselves, "ouch, yes, no more links, great", but... well... this is really annoying for some others.

If you didnt think it was good value at that price, why did you buy it?
It happens all the time, you buy some cereal at the supermarket, next week you go in, and its buy one get one free.. oh no! Do you go to customer services and demand they give you another box? I doubt it.

All that said, GGG have excellent customer service - so maybe chuck them an email and see if they will give you the points difference back, I have known it to happen on multiple occasions, but I believe there is a time limit on this.

Why did I bought it? It was a deal of the day, but with a higher price than the deal we get today. And it's been only 2 weeks or so that deal was up. There's enough Microtransactions in the shop to at least cycle through them once a month, and not every weeks.
looks like ggg are getting desperate for money with all these sales

They need to come up with some more creative stuff to buy, rather than just put stuff on sale. I'm pretty much capped out of stuff I'll buy. They have a hit on their hands, and should focus less on making new skills and adjusting the balance and spend far more effort on coming up with creative ways to separate me from my money.
