wow, why is the 360 points reward always some total crap?

oh yeah, and the new exalted art is crap, looks so out of place next to the rest of the orbs soooo either rework all orbs, which i would advise against since most art changes you make recently make things worse, or, better option, bring back the old one.
i know you need to make high res art for t-shirts or whatnot, but just make it based on the old one, dont change it.

Trade chat has been rate-limited to prevent message flooding. The speed that it is set to (3 seconds per message) is still faster than the amount that is classified as abusive. If this reduces the amount of repeated messages in trade chat then we may be able to make the trade channels larger, so that messages get more exposure.

Maybe i don't understand this well because i still see people posting multiple times the same message in less than 3 seconds.

No info about the fractured mod on some type of races.

While I imagine what could it do... care to give some official description?
