actually 1.8 considering that the crits proc burning for 20% (of the 150% value) so add another 30%dps

All I know is that when I get a Diamond Shrine with my incinerate Marauder I destroy everything (not that it is OP). Although I could imagine how crazy it would be if you could build around crits for Incinerate.

Not sure if diamond shrine with incinerate is OP or not, but it sure as hell is fun. The entire screen keeps shaking from the constant crits.
