Incinerate can't crit?

There is no crit chance on the spell page... it can't crit at all, wtf?

I linked cast on crit + temp chains, pumped up power charges with off skills, total main crit chance over 28% and been spamming incinerate for 10 minutes on 500 enemies... nothing procs.

Really, you cockblocked this build too?

You can get 5% chance to crit by using critical weakness curse.

Yes, it can't crit on its own. It can crit on enemies cursed with Critical Weakness, though.

Another thing you should probably consider is that Cast on Crit procs off attacks and Incinerate is a spell...

Cast on Crit only works with attacks, you can't proc spells with spells. And yes, Incinerate can't crit.

Cold Snap
Power Charge on Crit

And no, you can't just link Temp Chains + Cast on Crit and expect it to proc. You ultimately need to link it to your attack.

Ya, seriously. Even with a low crit chance it would be critting constantly considering how fast it casts.

I'm doing Piety farming with RF/Incinerate right now, and stuff just melts. Add in crit and it would just be a joke.

I second this. Try Incinerate with a Diamond Shrine and you will understand why it can not crit by default.
