Get 158% over-cap and max fire resist+ yourself.
(Or rush to them before they can cast all of their necessary buffs.) I don't think the solution in the Parenthesis is very fair though, I believe auras should not be de-casted when entering duels, but that's me, fair or not though, it works sadly. ...

Its not a bug, its how RF is working since the latest DoT patch
