also stuck at 99.9%, if someone gets this up and seeds it, i'll seed it for an hour after, it's late where i am and i'd like to get some unlagged playtime in before i have to go to bed.

I'm SURE someone already finished downloading the complete client from the official downloader.

Just make a hash check with the torrent and try to seed it !
Seed it for 10 minutes. Its enough to make some people get 100% and seed it again.

Thats how P2P works. Too bad that even on a free game we still have to face people who hit & run torrents that community members try to make in order to help.
