You should have ATI Catalyst control center. Comes in same package with drivers.

Do you have texture filtering quality setting there? Setting name changed in 13.1 version.

Help me please, I have this problem as well however I can't find the ATI Catalyst control center. The graphics card that I'm using is an ATI Radeon 4650.

Having same issues with ATI HD 5700 series cards in a crossfire configuration. Also running AMD 13.1 Graphics drivers. Tried the Texture filtering setting on standard or even high quality but problem persists. Running my card in 1920x1080 . Hope someone can help on the matter. Thanks!

NVM...FIXED!
Check your graphics card settings , select load Defaults then change to "high quality" your mipmap setting, AKA Texture Filtering Quality. |
