Stuck after killing Merveil

Hello,

Just found a bug which has never happened to me on my previous runs.

I just killed Merveil on Ruthless, she dropped all the loots.
The problem is :
- Quest still says to Kill Merveil
- Portal to the Forest (Act 2) is not open
- Cannot create a new instance to Merveil's Lair (have to redo the whole dungeon)
