Just the design found on some of the waypoints in-game.

edit: Also, a watery ink outline of the passive tree in black and white. Just lines and on only one side, no wrapping. I think the black on white looks better. The white on black could be cropped better to fill the bottom right and avoid showing on the sleeves. If the lines are colored in with some work, it could become a reference to both PoE and subway metro maps.

Quite simple:
On the front - PoE logo and the following line (written in original font used on site and in the game)
"Real men hunt boar"

On the back - the silhouette of Greust (Just a silhouette, not game graphics. Simple black if the t-shirt is white, and some glowing borders if it's black).

Or vice versa(silhouette on the front, the line on the back)

PS: lol, i will probably make such a t-shirt myself anyway xD. Fun contest, thanks GGG, good luck everyone!

This is my submission.

My idea is a shirt with the text "I scaled The Sceptre of God and all I got was this Simple Robe" on the chest. POE logo on the back.

The simple robe could possibly look like it had been linked in trade chat. Another possibility would be instead of just the text have it look like the in game chat window and have the cursor over the linked simple robe to see that it only has one socket.

To go even further with the chat window version if possible maybe people could customize it to have their characters name.

A shirt that says "We're Well-Connected" at the top and has six linked sockets (just the graphics, no item) underneath the text, like the achievement. Then it says "Path Of Exile" at the top on the backside.

A shirt that says "You Traitor." at the top front and below that are pictures of the three bandit lords in a straight vertical line then check marks next to each of them. On the back at the top the shirt says "Path Of Exile"

Something similar to these pictures with all the exiles grouped up, and surrounded by enemies in an epic war/battle. Possibly all the iconic bosses, or just a swarm of skeletons.

Have all of their archetypes clearly represented. The Ranger is aiming her bow, the Marauder is using Ground Slam with a 2-handed mace, The shadow is stabbing an enemy, or perhaps kneeling down in front with two daggers in hand, ready to strike. The Witch could be raising minions or casting fireballs. Have the Templar swing with Glacial Hammer, The Scion could be in the center holding a similar stance to the boy with the baseball bat in the second scene, ready to fight.

Basic-jist of the design is a showcase of all the classes, their archetypes, surrounded and hopelessly outnumbered, but fighting to the death.

Possibly have "Choose your path" written somewhere on it, but I'm not too sure about it. I feel like the picture would kind of speak for itself.
