Character selection screen with or without the background (not sure what would look better). All the classes standing there in the boat.

Alternatively, there could be a shirt for each class of the same style. When you select a character they come closer to the front and do a cool move / pose. The shirts could be the lineup of classes behind a specific class showing off their stuff - like on the character select screen.

Here's some quick mock-ups of what my idea would look like. Font look / color / words can all change. Basic idea is to have the exiles standing there. Background can be taken out / merged with shirt color to look better.

Slap on a blending color / background or remove the background between the exiles entirely and BAM.

Have a Rhoa wearing a Party Hat, a Party Blower in their mouth, a cake (with candles) on their back, confetti in the air and the Caption "Surprise!", or Surprise Off-Screen Rhoa!" or words to that extent.
