Chris,

I have a question about the new unique.

1. Does the dodge chance apply to spells too?
2. Does blocking count as getting hit? As in will blocking an attack remove your endurance charges?

Will the additional dodge chance apply to Phase acrobatics as well? I know spells aren't considered attacks in most cases but then why specify it with "all"?

All as in melee and proj attacks? Or every type of an attack?

you wont be able to pay its mana cost for sure but you can try that with life gain on hit and bloodmagic, but yeah.. i wont.
better use a 1.5-1.7 atk/sec bow with decent crit chance on it without a 50% dmg reduction.

anyways, we will see what gem-damage effectiveness barrage will get (20-40% maybe).

i rather like the new supp gem.

well.. you leave barrage at lvl 1 (When it has to be cheap as it is lvl1 or lvl4 skill), then multiply it by 2 and 1.4 (pierce is i think 1.1 or 1.0) so the cost is.. rather neglible

that way you can cast very quickly and very cheaply 2*EK with some reduced effectiveness. in reality it is still better than self cast (otherwise people wouldnt be doing so many weird and effective cyclone + CoC or LA + CoC builds). of some optimization are in order but this has high abuse potential nonetheless

In the past it's been that players who are spec'd into the zones they are changing get a full reset. So if you hate your build, spend some regrets or refunds and spec into those areas.
But its not a few nodes that got modified... they added a dozens of new nodes...


Well every time, in the past, they've added nodes to an existing tree they do not give respecs to anyone but those who spec'd into the areas that were affected by the changes.... aside from when 1.0 came out and they gave free respecs after adding a new class of course.
