Try putting a point into +1 Max fire res next to diamond skin

Missing the 1% max fire res past diamond skin, missing the 3 life regen nodes in scion start, AND missing the +2% max resists from elemental adaptation, increasing max resists and getting all the regen nodes should be your top priority, then you can finish the aura nodes to buff vitality for more regen.
So can I switch to Righteous Fire Build, when I reach level 65?
I currently have 10 respec points. May be will get 2-3 more respec at end of merciless.
Could a Doryani's Catalyst be used to gain 1% of Elemental Damage done by RF Build to Regen ? Could it be an alternative to gain an insane amount of Life Regen ?

You cannot leech off of Righteous Fire, it is a buff/debuff spell, not an actual attack.
So I understand how and why we swap dual Redbeaks. However, I wonder if swapping from Carcass Jack to Kaom's will affect the damage of RF at all or simply increase my current health pool. Essentially, when you cast RF, are those stats just a screen shot of your stats at that one moment? (aoe dmg / aura size stay static?) And if there is no benefit to swapping armors, does anyone know what the priority should be? Is the 61K dps from this build from a Kaom's?
I'm lvl 78 with 5800HP:
I honestly have no idea what dmg I'm doing but I've been rocking maps. I've been casting RF from my Carcass Jack and swapping to Belly of the Beast for the extra health and resistances.. Any input would be great.
It does snapshot stats but I'm wondering if the "burns for 50% of your max health" updates in real time or not too. As it could just snap shot all of the % stats you have and that could update based on your current hp, I don't have a kaoms otherwise I could probably test it easily, the difference in dps would be obvious.
I'm also wondering and about wondertraps, will the rarity on low life snapshot like the damage from redbeaks?
I'm highly confused on the redbeaks and how we get the 200% increased damage buff.
What I'm doing
Switch over to my red beaks, casting purity of elements and getting low life, casting rf while still on read beaks the switching to rise of the Phoenix and letting my health regen, is this right? I feel like I'm doing the same amount of damage as I would be doing without the redbeaks method
If anyone can give some advice/help I'd appreciate it.
This is correct. Redbeaks give their damage bonus while on low life. The properties of Righteous Fire are determined at the moment you cast it. These two mechanics 'cooperate' so that we can gain a damage bonus to RF if we cast it while low on life, regardless of whether or not our life recovers later.
If you'd like to see the difference, run a boss and time about how long it takes to kill it. Then, time how long it takes to kill it without the Redbeaks. The difference will be plain.

How necessary is it to run the Blood Dance boots? I plan on MFing with this build, so I'd rather use something like Goldwyrms.
They aren't strictly necessary, but they do add significantly to your toughness. Overall, their utility is such that I would try to get the iir/iiq from other equipment slots.

More precisely - you cannot leech via any damage source that does not cause hits. This is why leech does not work with Desecrate or Searing Bond.

Righteous Fire's properties are all determined at the time of casting - changing your maximum life won't change the damage it burns you for.
Magic find works via a different mechanic; its values are checked at the instant a kill is scored. Unless you have low life at the moment you score a kill, Wondertrap will provide no bonus.

Okay, thanks for the answer. What do you think is the best way to level currently? I'm thinking searing bond since you only really have to go to Ancestral Bond which isn't too far away and all the burning nodes will help it as well.

With regards to RF not changing health damage ratios after casting; How would this account for my continuing to maintain top health after unequipping gear down to half my previous HP at time of cast? I dropped from 6k HP to 3.4K while maintaining the same Fire Resistance and saw no dip in any "locked in RF dmg". I'm still skeptical/hopeful swapping to higher health gear after casting with + area size / +fire % damage gear will yield some double dipping of stats. Just a thought anyway.
