Bug Reports - Bug: Poison Arrow Skill not working with Concentrated Effect Support Gem - Forum

If they cannot fix it it doesn't mean this is not a bug.
PA tooltip shows both initial hit damage and AoE damage. First is not affected, but second is, nevertheless both are considered unaffected in a tooltip. If this is not a bug then I don't know what is.

And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.
