There is no background lore/ area/ anything with those crystals.
Just BAM in the game. Please don't go to much towards D3/japanese art design.

I thought the survivor pack had a dark portal?

I have to say i really like the art style of the back attachments a lot. The portals really attract attention which is a good thing since they are limited. I think there are different kinds of dark. To make everything hell and satan is a bit cheesy for my taste. I really love that the game has some art elements which are very non mainstream and deeply artistic. I would like to see more experimental stuff of this kind.
We still don't know how act 4 will look. I would guess it has a lot more of this style. I actually hope so.

Can it be that you changed the scion art in the commercials cause it didn't look american enough? I actually loved the release scion image.

I have to say, the new support pack items are disgusting and portal effects are really not a good incentive to buy. I mean how many times do you open a portal end game, seems expensive for a shit load of shit :|

Looks awesome. Wish I could play but my gpu is dying on me.

Personally, I really like the new packs. And to those wondering about upgrading, my Survivor pack totally has an upgrade button next to it, hoping to use it for warrior pack next month!
