Great build, only couple of thoughts if you use Berserker class:

Is this HC viable? Maybe drop the Phase Acro and get some armor?
I know a lot of people who RMT and use PoeHuds, item pickups, crafties, custom renderers, bots, map/zoom/bright hacks and autoflasks. But I am not going to snitch rather encourage them and others to use hacks. GGG had a choice whether they want a friend or an enemy. " Check video. I think not, it's too risky. This build have low block chance and this 5 points what you get from Acro - it's will be impossible take enough armor to compensate this. And by the way, you will be fully defenseless against spells. Instead of this, you may use Champion class, Enfeeble curse (instead Assassin's mark), Taste of Hate flask and more life leech (% and rate) for better survivability. Updated passive tree on poeplanner Well, this build is really fun, but kinda fragile, so I use Enfeeble + Basalt flask (2 times using, it's impotant) + Endyring cry. Vaal Grace transform most battles with bosses into formality. With this defense improvements build have both not bad survivability and high DPS. Also I think what Assassin will be best choice for this build because you don't need assasssin's mark anymore and Deadly Infusion with power charges on critical works much better. Previously I play as Marauder with Aspect of Carnage and it' was awesome too, but kinda hurt sometimes. Currently my DPS in battle is 256K (268K with buff from boots) + bleeding + poison + Toxic delivery and around 400K with flasks. Now I collecting orbs and need up to 94 level for more hp and I want to replace Belly by Brass dome (cose I think what this armor is awesome even for dodge builds). I will be posting an update soon! Playing Berserker this league, after being away from POE since last summer. Cleave is back(ish) with the new threshold jewel that increases its range and grants Fortify on hit! I was playing Lacerate, which while still viable, is just not as fun as slapping things to death with my Demon Hand Cleave. Stay tuned!
