In a game called Argentum all the world is PVP and you loose and win items every day

Aren't they still comming out with the Cut-Throat servers Cut-Throat hardcore and all that like they talked about a long time ago. Where you can pk anywhere accept towns and jump into other people's dungeons.

Cutthroat league would be a HUGE reason for me to keep coming back to PoE to be honest!
