We plan to improve this system in the future so that there's a more advanced calendar of events. Currently, ladders go away once the events end (as we migrate the characters to their parent league), but we'll eventually be improving that so that the ladder sticks around forever. That change will also allow us to show the level that hardcore characters died at on their ladder.

Will it be possible to bookmark a specific page in the ladder like it was formerly possible ?
Ie : .../forum/view-thread/58126/page/10

I REALLY dislike the changes about the screenshots folder.

Is there a way to revert that manually?

To clarify this..
I have a dedicated partition for my games and want my screenshots to stay there.
I don't use those "windows directories" like my games, my pictures and so on at all since I find that very tedious compared to just having my media in the directories of the programs it belongs to.

Nice update, though there is one thing I noticed or if it was the same before the patch, have not noticed. It relates to the ladder page, the icon that represents whether a player is offline or online is not correctly aligned with the players rank, it's slightly off center, though of course it does not matter much.

I cannot remember if it were like this before the update, but I thought I would bring it up

You now don't have to reopen the vendor window each time you want to buy an additional currency item of the same type.

This must have ate thousands of hours of (accumulated) playtime for the players of POE :D.

Quoting this because I have a question about the ladder API.

Is there a page that will have a list with the actual names of the leagues used for the API?

I used to use the ladder page to parse for the names of ladders (Default, Hardcore, etc) which I would grab from the drop down menu that selected the ladder to view. The url of the csv was always http://www.pathofexile.com/ladder/index/LeagueName. LeagueName was the text for each item in the drop down menu, so it was very easy to get for newly created leagues.

I'm currently using the urls from the list items under Events (found on virtually every page on the website) but I fear this will not have special events when they occur.
