Any freezing pulse build can be used as a blueprint as the trees should be the same.

Adistridos' Ice Spear Totem build (1.0.6) [Theorycraft] Is a dual totem build. Haven't linked it yet as i'm waiting for the OP to reach endgame (~lvl 75) with that build.

it's playable now (I just did an Accademy map with Vulnerability), if you want to re-add it, but I don't reccomend it too much because mods of mana slower or no mana now are really annoying, and the mana is hardly managed in general with the new mechanics. An Elritch Battery build should work better.
