ZERO Currency drop

Hmm, i'm glad I ran into this thread. I'm level 20 on my Ranger right now and have been getting a ridiculously low amount of Scroll of Wisdoms/portals. I've had to sell a few alt shards for wisdoms. I thought it was just bad luck but something is up.

Although I have been getting all sorts of orbs...

You're fine then. This is different than just having bad luck. We are getting absolutely NO currency drops, period. Zero.

Try running in parties guys, you can "leech" of your group a little. Its the only playable way for me at the moment. Solo play still gives nothing...not even wisdoms!

My laptop can't handle standard parties, because more than one or two other party members would lock up my screen. I might be able to make do if people on my friends list end up being online to play at the same times, but until GGG lets us specify a "maximum number of members" when making a party public groups are not an option for me.

Tried creating another account, and got currency right a away,
so im positive this is an account issue.

I have still not heard anything back from support

I took about 8 months off from playing and i'm also experiencing this since I started after 1.0. Haven't heard anything back from support either.

As I said previously,

I heard back from support who said they had:
"looked over my account info / data and found nothing wrong"

I haven't had a scroll / orb / fragment drop in nearly a week account wide, I tried making a character on a new hardcore league, still no drops.

Ive been playing torchlight to kill the time until this is sorted but am desperate to play PoE I just cant justify it when I get no currency.

Edit: this is not something new to the patch 1.0 I had this before the patch and hoped the patch would fix it. It persevered through the patch

I'm sorry XXXXXX, but as far as we can see, there is nothing wrong
with your account. Nor any of the others who have posted in the forum
thread you've provided (I checked their accounts as well). It's very
likely it's just a bad string of luck. I can understand your
frustration XXXXXX, but unfortunately as far as I, or anyone else on
the Dev team can see, there really shouldn't be anything that could
cause this.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further issues or problems.

They don't want to knowledge that there is a bug or something wrong happening.

Yes, definitely just a bad string of luck, levelling 4 chars from 1-30 and get NO currency AT ALL.

I am tired of this, i just started a new account where i am getting currency, once i feel keen to writing GGG again, i will write them to transfer all my Micro-Transactions to the new account.

Bad news for all of us who have a genuine issue. If we were getting even 1 scroll an hour or something Id call it bad luck bad RNG etc but none at all? There must be something wrong.

I removed my POE client and purged all the POE info. Re-installed on steam version - still no drops.

I love this game, but its unplayable without any currency.

Yeah, at this point, they're just lying to us and insulting our intelligence. Disappointing, really. Thanks for keeping us updated, Tuche, but I guess I'm done with this game for now. I'm not going to create a new account when I've already invested hundreds of dollars into this account.

It's ok, we'll just wait until Kripparrian gets the bug. It'll get fixed overnight when that happens.
