So will there be any way for people who already bought supporter packs or even just points on the website to get some card drops unlocked on Steam?

Huh, F2P games can generate cards now? What's to stop someone from setting up multiple accounts to farm cards and sell them? While you can't transfer the Steam Wallet between accounts, you can transfer the cards.

They probably will not. Steam only does retroactive card credits for purchases made with Steam Wallet, since PoE did not have that as an option until launch, no dice.
