POE on Steam is "unavailable in your region"

Hi,
I tried to download POE on steam however, when visiting the page I get. "An error was encountered while processing your request: This item is currently unavailable in your region" Wondering why you guys have chosen to region lock the game... Last bumped on Mar 24, 2016, 11:10:12 AM

I have managed to get past the region lock by using a link with a US suffix. Open in the browser then click play game, and it will begin downloading with steam. Bypassing the country code locking.

" It's works. However, It's totally wrong. Someone is prohibit it in our region. Someone is blame for this ugly block for F2P game. Russia is one of biggest consumer in steam, so it's strange if we have access to game. And we should prevent this block in future |

you can thank steam...the game isn't blocked though if you download it from the website and instal it separate from steam

I want to move my existing POE to steam (so that the game will be auto patched :P) but encountered the same problem, thanks Pknexus for the trick. +1 for you (oops there isn't any +1 function)
