where can I get this gem? I tried the new quest reward for duelist in all 3 acts, also for templar in normal/cruel. I've been spamming trade for a while and not a single person linked one.
Finished 17th in Rampage - Peaked at 11th

It's seem it only world-drop gem, i get one from 59 mobs
