yes conc effect increases their dmg

Minion damage gem increases the damage of unrighteous fire cast by burning miscreations.

Also, for those having survivability issues, summoners are best with aura effectiveness nodes and running at least grace, determination, vitality and purity.

I've soloed upto 77 maps with my summoner and minions almost never die. Spectres actually never die, zombies can die occasionally from vaal smash and dominus's touch of god.
