We feel that a really important part of playing an online ARPG is the ability to be able to trade the items that you find. The reason why they feel so amazing to loot and collect is because they have value to other players.

Loot should inspire awe from being awesome, build-enabling treasure. That's what makes loot amazing regardless of whether you're self-found or someone who wants to get rich trading.

I'm not interested in a purely self-found league so I shouldn't care but man, wasn't expecting this. Let's paraphrase: "screw you self found, trading is at the heart of PoE. Get used to it."

Anyway, end of rant.
Back to looking forward to the release!
There has to be a low point where some people stop complaining because it's just not worth it, and I have yet to see it. - Squeakypaw, 2013

...and that is why I will never support the game. Play free forever!
Crafting doesn't exist in POE. Gambling does...and the house always wins.

Velocireptile - I LOL'ed. Which made me fart. I wish the office were empty right now :(

Hardlicker - I had to push the dog out of the way so I could get to the sexy quilt.

I can't believe a developer and aRPG fan said something so absurdly and completly wrong. I'm shocked.

Wow ... rly bro? I love this game!! I have played it since day 1 of OB. But to speak that way is a slap in the face to me. I play almost purely self found and solo. And I know of a TON of people that enjoy that style gameplay. None of us could give a rats ass what an item is worth to someone else. I want to find phatlootz and say "OMG what fkn awesome chest. 6l massive hp/res/ect ... My marauder is going to be so beastly with this!!" or "Hole shizzle. This epic wpn would be amazing to make a build around!!!" ... NOT "oh .... wow ..... something i can sell ....."

I am severely disappointed.
Check out my Frozen Dagger build in the Shadow forums!!

All auras are seriously 60% reserve now? That's insane.

I feel this patch has not only a serious nerf on auras, but an incredible nerf to any blood magic keystone user.
