Unless their plan is to softcap players at 85.

In addition to tweaks to the end-game balance (boss runs being better in terms of items, farming giving more exp, etc) that we haven't really discussed, we are prioritising end-game changes after Release.

Will there be an option to preload? It's annoying waiting for progress bars to fill while your friends are having fun on Skype. I'd get better internet if I could but I live in Aus which is basically a third world country.
