i think the 61 players represent the real active players = max. 10k

I personally feel happy about reaching 3 stars yesterday after paying 14 chaos and 10 chisels for a crappy 6-link to vendor for a Divine Orb. I used the orb on my low roll Lioneye's and got an above average roll, so even though it felt like a waste to see my first 6-link in the inventory for just a brief moment, getting the achievement felt pretty cool and I'm glad I got it in time before the league ended. Now, if I could only have received that Eternal Orb I saw dropping in party play a while back, I would have 4 stars... ^_^;
