What's happening when Anarchy/Onslaught leagues end?

Looking forward to release and the two new leagues.

Sad (but not surprised) to see that no real progress has been made in eliminating desync.

Ever time I get enough currency to buy a Shavronne's Revelation it double in pirce. I want to be playing OS but I have been farming low levels non stop trying to get one to drop. If I can't get my Shavronne's Revelation in OS, I think it will be time to walk away from this game.

Legacy uniques are a bad idea.

Limited run VISUALS on an item are fine by me... but limiting a specific item is horribly frustrating to me as a player. I was debating upgrading to divine, but this is making me strongly question the long term direction the game is headed. I'd appreciate it if one of you guys would post a response (individual post would be better) explaining your design intent and goals for legacy items.

I guess you didn't know that legacy items already existed in the game.

Yes, I am aware of them. I wasn't annoyed to the same degree because they weren't as powerful or desired, but I was still annoyed. It's not game breaking or anything, I was just curious about the intent behind that design style, as it seems at odds (to me) with their design style.

MY SOLUTION (WHICH HAS BEEN MENTIONED MANY TIMES, BUT YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO READ):

If all Kaom's Hearts need to be nerfed (including the older versions), then offer a way to reimburse those who have paid for their items they acquired previous to the nerf. This will be the first time people will be losing most if not all of their currency should this decision be made. We are not talking about items that cost a chaos or two, we are talking about items that cost 50 - 75 x exalts or more currently. My solution would make it so that everyone wins. New players won't qq, players who paid a fortune for their items won't qq, and people who have been here for a while but haven't acquired any of these OP items won't qq.
