No, just add a second timer that is called the turbo timer. A new form of account called a 'Turbo member' is randomly selected every 2 minutes and they can only play in Turbo leagues. Turbo accounts are like lesser beta accounts & still are eligible to be picked by the timer for beta access =P

What I'm hoping for is not a Turbo League, but a Random League.

A League that can all the same stats and bonusses like maps, and are randomized instead of designed my the devs.
Those stats would be announced with the Race and clarified, so that people can plan a build for it ahead.
Of course that would only make sense once there are a lot of leagues races going on.
But then the randomized stats like
- Blood Magic
- 20% less flask potency
- No orbs
- doubled XP rate
- No Vendors
- All damage is Ice Damage

could pop up and some absolutely crazy races would happen, inbetween all the normal races.

if i would move and attack 100% faster it ll be a piece of cake..
only to figure how to do it...

The HC characters I make for the turbo league sure won't be pleased though. R.I.P. ahead of time to all you hardcore fanatics. =)
