Nvm got confused with the spell names. Hope it will work as well on ci es as on your hp build :-) But if it is that good, why do you get it after 80+ and not way earlier?

Also the HP build seems to be quite "OP" since you will just never get hit. What's the down side of the HP build? With the CI build you have to stuck to a few items that are 100% necessary and you might loose on DPS. Would the HP build outstand the ES one? Or does it has other drawbacks. Just curious.

He already stated in the FAQ why dual wield would be not as viable as it is with shield. I asked the same kind of question.

I'm close to you.. but need 5l at least for the chest.. have low dmg... but it's really fun to play..

If you can try to get the aura Hatred. It was a huge boost for me (dps wise + freez enemies). Also played without any other gems except those two (Reave + Hatred) and it was going well. Always tried to have eva/es gear everywhere though. But maybe Perz can give some better advice.

Is this build viable even for people that do not have all these crazy 6l and uniques? Can I get around that and still do decent?

Yes. All you really need is "cannot be frozen" mode (best source - Alpha's Howl).
With 4L and hatred, you're in 5-10k dps range which is more than enough for act 3 merciless farming.

true but they changed the chances to get a 5l so imo you should aim for one.

Hey Perz,

gread build, i really like using this one. Im lv 47 at the moment and my dps is about 750 with haste aura. I have nearly no problems with killing enemys, but my survivability feels pretty low, dont know maybe my equip is just bad or its me. Would be really cool if you have any advice for me how i could improve my equip or passive tree.

Thats my current specc, im heading towards the 1h dmg and shield block nodes like in your build and try to get close to vaal pact before reaching merciless so i can get ghost reaver, ci and vaal pact at nearly the same time.

playing the same build atm :)
lv 28 crap geared though .

im having mana problems or im playing it wrong ^^

got 4 gems already .

Hatred, blood rage , reave and tempest shield

if i put the 2 auras up (TS and hatred) my mana is so low , when i hit a few mobs im out of it :)

any help ?

ps : im new to the game :)

Why do we buy Alpha's Howl instead of Dream Fragments? To cap chill reduction?

Also, why do we have 2 helmets? (Alpha and Abyssus)
