Okay I have to ask the obvious stupid question. You can have more than 10 tabs in your stash?

Yes indeed.. I have about 100 I think.

Do you still have points from that diamond pack? I have like 50 tabs and I'm looking at total of 5 points left on my account :/

Huh? ehhhh, yeah kay right

You can create as many mule accounts as you want. What the stash-tab thing is offering is convenience, not an in-game improvement on your toon.

How is that not an improvement? Saves time wasting on switching from XY character to YX, on finding what you need/have in each characters inventory. And time is money (currency), that is not a small amount we're talking about here.

Extra stash space simply makes storing items across multiple characters more convenient, nothing more and nothing less. The improvement is in equipment efficiency, not in playing efficiency and, to be clear, this doesn't in any way affect races since they are in their own leagues. There is quite literally nothing to talk about or rail against here as absolutely no playing advantage is conferred by having extra stash space.

Honestly, we're no longer splitting hairs when something as simple as extra stash space is being argued as Pay-to-Win. At that point we're talking about counting how many angels can dance on the head of a pin, something that is not an intellectual exercise but completely moronic.

well put, put it on the front page so i never have to read about p2w discussions ^_^

tl;dr i don't understand the psychology behind a sales system when there only is one vendor selling them and all items are on sale sooner or later.

poe having these sales events, it really doesn't make sense for john "player" doe to buy points at a time when his desired microtransaction item isn't on sale. means less people spend money.
sales do make sense in the real world where you have to buy certain items because you need them for daily life. offers from a vendor motivate you to go shopping at that vendor.

problem here: we're all playing this game already, there is no motivation for me to change from diablo3 to poe because stash tabs bundles are on sale. if i have spare points it doesn't make any difference for ggg because they already have my money.

for me personally, i really want to buy these item skin transfer mt but have no points left. as a normal player i would wait with spending money until they're on sale.
but as i always do the opposite as other people expect me to do, i will spend more money now to buy them without waiting for a sales opportunity.

so your system works for me but i'm not the majority.

And yet not everyone waits for a clearance event to buy their car for example. If your statement were true all stores would be closed until Black Friday. But they aren't because some people don't want to wait. Some do. And some people have no intention of buying until they hear about a great sale. It is the latter that makes these sales a good business decision.

If that is the deal, then why don't all players have the option to add stash tab if needed? It's not going to help them anyway.

Because this is a business and they need to make money or there is no game. Extra stash tabs is a matter of convenience and thus a good option to sell something that doesn't affect how you progress through the game or how well you do at PvP. I think you may be misunderstanding the fundamentals of what pay to win is.

You say why can't everyone get new stash tabs if it isn't P2W? Make another account. Boom! New stash tabs. It just isn't as convenient to shift stuff around.
Thx GGG... would've been great if you guys gave us the heads up that the premium stash upgrades were going to be discounted the following day.

I just imprinted my keyboard on my forehead, that was the sound you just heard.

IF You read the newspost again, that is exactly what they did.

Sure, and people are buying extra stash tabs just for the great looks, nothing more.

And again, why should it be more convenient to the ones who pay for it?
Just accept it as it is, It's just a critique for the saying of PoE, I'll continue playing even if they make something like D3 system.

It would be reasonable if you could buy appearance look for your stash tabs, then, it wouldn't interfere with the gameplay.
