Once you reclaim a skin it return to the being the item that was destroyed and will require you to use another Skin Microtransaction to apply it (like a skin) to another item. yes you can =] you can also do it with weapons helms gloves and boots. you can also reclaim the effect off the armor or weapon etc which will bring back your item and consume the consumable.
