For some reason my download is going through the uswest download server, but I am on the east coast.

Download speed was 2-20kbps. Used openvpn's Netherlands proxy and then it suddenly comes up to 350kbps. Looks like PoE's CDN is throttling users based in United States.
My wife stole 10 levels from me, and my job stole another 2. That is why I am still level 88.

thanks for the vpn tunnel tip!...im using netherlands and downloading at 1mb/sec..i was at like 30k max just before.
