While I do agree with some of what you guys said, I don't think that Apocrypha would've been the same without the sound. For me at the very least. For some series that'd be different, but almost all Fate series have a soundtrack that takes the whole experience to the next level. Sure, it'd still be awesome. But just as awesome as with sound? I doubt it.

Or maybe I'm just weird, who knows.

Of course it wouldn't have been; Yokoyama's OST is easily my favourite Fate anime OST and I thought I made clear that Sawashiro Miyuki is mah girl. It's just that I've seen it so much I can hear both in my head while watching, if need be.

I generally dislike things out of context. It's why I avoid Sakuga MAD videos; they show only the highlights with none of the real impact of understanding what's going on. It's also why I watched all of Naruto's main story just to watch and understand episode 65 of Boruto, which absolutely was one of the best animated episodes I've ever seen.

Soooo... first episode of Kami no Tou is out, it got a lot of hype recently. Seems good, nice visuals (somewhat... DIFFERENT. Can't put my finger on it, but seems out of the ordinary for some reason) and soundtrack was really good aswell (not THAT surprising, considering that it's a Penkin soundtrack). I'm definitely gonna keep watching this one.


Not quite sure what to think of Appare Ranman yet... it's a weird one. I guess 3 episode rule for now and then I'll decide.

Keep in mind Kami no Tou is a Korean IP. That might be part of the 'different' feel you're getting. It's also animated by TMS, who are...uneven, but rarely outright bad. Their Lupin stuff was great, but Chain Chronicle was meh. I'm...a little interested I guess. Not doing the seasonal dance for a while. Too happy to watch backlog stuff.

Kakushigoto seems like a nice and relaxing one for now. LOTS of voices that I recognise (don't expect me to name them though, all I can say is that I heard the voice of Katou Megumi and Ararararagi for example). I just hope that the stuff in the opening is THAT important to the story... I don't know if I could handle that.

Eh, you picked Kamiya Hiroshi? Impressive. We sometimes mistake Hanae Natsuki for him -- the GF swore it was Kamiya in the Kimetsu no Yaiba trailer, but nope, they both just yell the same way.

Looks like the main female leads are Takahashi Rie (Mash, Megumin, Emilia) and Sakura Ayane (Uraraka, Rin from BOTI, bunch of other stuff). Solid cast.

Speaking of solid casts, this english trailer for Fate/Go Camelot actually lists all the seiyuu at the end, IN ENGLISH. That is super rare.

That game is horrendous, if it wasn’t for the fate theme that game would have tanked... Yet one Asian dude in Japan spends thousands. Netflix documentary on it...lol.
