I got 5 tabs and a bunch of mules filled with stuff, yet I feel this is all unnecessary and I am just being very sloppy in cleaning/selling and hoarding to much...

" When I saw stash tabs on sale, I pondered exactly your sentiment for a moment, debated about cleaning out the mostly crap gear in my current stash, then decided it was much easier to just buy the bundle and continue hoarding for that "high quality shop" I'll never get around to opening.
