If its a dex/int gem then it may well be for dagger/claw and bow as they are all within the dex/int areas.

why is the posture of that char so perverted?

I would have guess a Charge consumer but since there are no charge in the SS... maybe its a buff on hit
its atleast aoe but the biggest problem is

GGG dont freacking put Whirling blade in the skill selection fool us... the skill is bad dont cheat us
ZiggyD is the Labyrinth of streamers, some like it, some dont, but GGG will make sure to push it down ur throat to make you like it

What i think i got from the picture:
1: it's a melee auto attack. Meaning it has no initial AoE (think infernal blow/dominating blow) 2: It applies a *status* on an enemy 3: It applies a *status* to the player 4: the icon shows us a swipe like posture. indicating it does have some AoE.
