Seems rather silly to add a recipe for removing flask quality since this is literally the only item that benefits from it. Even then, you could easily kick on blood rage/rf/artic armor to extend its time.

so what are your tricks to be able to use your divination distillate for 5 second ?
i have been trying blood rage. Any other idea ?

do some math boys. 20% and no % doesn't change much. its how you balance the in-and-out of the regen. people want no % coz it regens lesser. what? you still have to tweak your mana/life to ensure that its still gonna balance out. and if you're gonna do that, why not just 20% that and tweak using the higher values?
